all about me
I embarked on my therapeutic journey in 2020, driven by a hunger to find the most effective therapies in the world today.
This strong desire took me on a journey through two master's programs. First, to study the psychodynamic approach to therapy and then, to study a more modern form of therapy. I pursued additional training in Behavioural Therapy and Functional Analysis and extended my skills across various work arenas, including mental health clinics, charities, and the National Health Services in the UK.
Having contributed around 450 therapy hours across diverse UK settings, I've helped clients overcome challenges like eating disorders, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, and depression. With each session, my understanding of human behaviour and my methodology refined further, resulting in my clients reporting heightened awareness and genuine healing.
