Welcome to my page, and thank you for taking this step. Seeking therapy is a reflection of your commitment to yourself. I’m deeply dedicated to and derive joy out of understanding you and helping you realise your desires.

MAPPING IT OUT

Therapy with me is a journey from your current point in life (point A) to your desired destination (point B). Together, we’ll delve into why reaching point B matters to you while uncovering the values that are foundational to your sense of fulfillment. Often, the discomfort or pain you experience is a sign of living out of sync with these core values. Our goal is to identify and address any unconscious barriers that obstruct your path from point A to point B.

FILLING IT IN 

For instance, a woman who went to therapy desired professional success. She couldn’t figure out why, despite having the talent and skills, her success was stifled. Therapy led her to discover that an unconscious part of her that was holding her back, a part that feared success might jeopardize certain relationships in her life. Our deepest resistances are often buried in our unconscious, making shadow work a critical component of our journey to bring these hidden aspects to light. 

THE TOOLKIT

The strategies I employ to help you move from point A to B are diverse and tailored to your situation, based on what I think you need. They can include inner child work, parts work, excavating core beliefs, engaging in somatic practices, and meditating. As we progress, we’ll explore facets of yourself that were previously unknown, leading to profound discoveries and personal growth. 

TAKING STEPS

Think of the journey as a two-step involving:

1. Identifying and healing the parts within us that resist our well-being,

and

2. Positively focusing on and moving towards the life we wish to lead. The more adept we get at this dance, the more at ease we tend to be. 

THE TRANSFORMATION

While therapy is a process of embracing change, we must do so from a place of self-love and not self-rejection. It’s a journey of transformation that nurtures your authenticity, guiding you toward a life that is in alignment with your deepest desires and values.
